As we are fast approaching the November elections, it is time for each of you to demonstrate your leadership in the community.
By now, absentee ballots are out and more voters will be asking questions about candidates and issues.
Part of the role of Michigan Campaign for Liberty is to provide information about issues we care about, and let people know how the candidates and politicians measure up to our positions on these issues.
As leaders in our communities, we can have a huge effect on the political process by making sure that our neighbors have access to this valuable information.
This is why Michigan Campaign for Liberty developed two extremely valuable tools for your use. Our Candidate Survey lets you know how the current candidates stand on our issues, and our Legislative Scorecard lets you know how current politicians have voted on our issues.
You can view the Candidate Survey by clicking here.
You can view the Legislative Scorecard by clicking here.
These tools are essential for informing your community!
Part of our mission, in which each of you is vital, is holding our elected representatives’ feet to the fire. If they don’t hear from you when they vote wrong, or they don’t pledge to defend our issues, they will continue to behave badly.
Michigan Campaign For Liberty members are engaged during the legislative season. We are on top of the issues that affect our property, privacy and individual liberties. Now we must be engaged in reporting the results to our community.
By doing this, we not only lead on important issues to our friends and family, but we foster awareness about where their candidate stands and how their legislator voted.
It is critically important that you retrieve the results of our survey and scorecard and then report these results to your neighbors!

As a citizen and voter, you deserve straight answers to simple questions from people who want to represent you. If a candidate wants your support, then you need to know where they stand.
Please contact the candidates who have not returned their survey today. Let them know that you insist they take a clear position on important liberty issues.
Like we said, it is very important for you to get this information to your community. With your efforts, we can have a decisive impact on the political process here in Michigan and nationally!
This is how we restore liberty.
In Liberty,
David Dudenhoefer
Deputy State Coordinator
Michigan Campaign For Liberty

P.P.S. Don’t forget to get this information to your neighbors. It is critical that our communities know if their candidate has promised to defend liberty, or if their legislator is voting to steal liberty.
Campaign for Liberty does not support or endorse candidates for office. The goal of the Campaign for Liberty survey is only for keeping candidates true to their word should they be elected. It should not be construed as an endorsement of any candidate.
You are encouraged to research each of your candidates to make an informed decision on their positions.
