Do you have to get a government permit or pay government fees to attend church?
NO!
Kansas politicians claim to support and uphold the Second Amendment. Yet, they force you to pay for classes and a government permit to exercise your right to protect your life and the lives of those you love.
If the politicians really supported the Second Amendment, they would not force you to pay, or add your name to a database, just to exercise this right.
Law-abiding citizens should not have to ask permission to exercise the right to self defense!

Whereas: The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights, and Section 4 of the Kansas Constitution, enumerate and protect the right of the people to bear arms without infringement; and
Whereas: It has been proven that crime rates drop in counties where concealed carry is not prohibited or restricted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we, the undersigned citizens of the great state of Kansas, demand that laws prohibiting Constitutional Concealed Carry be eliminated in our state.
Be it further resolved that we, the undersigned, demand a continuation of our concealed carry permitting system in addition to Constitutional Concealed Carry, which will allow reciprocity for those wanting to comply with other states' concealed carry laws.
Be it further resolvedthat we, the undersigned, demand the repeal of all training requirements and accompanying fees for Kansas Citizens who wish to exercise concealed carry rights within our state.
