To My Harvey County Elected Officials

Whereas: The people of Harvey County, Kansas have lost confidence in our election system, which is the foundation of our constitutional republic, and

Whereas: Confidence in election results is eroded when voter rolls include dead people, non-residents, and non-citizens, yet absentee ballots are unlawfully completed for these individuals, and

Whereas: Computer counting machines can be manipulated by a USB drive or devices connected to an off-site server and are not secure, and 

Whereas: The people of Harvey County deserve to know that the chain of custody is secure for every single ballot and that ballots are never solely in the custody of anyone who could alter or destroy ballots or create fake ballots, and

Whereas: The people of Harvey County deserve to know that every step in the voting process can be audited to the satisfaction of all citizens.

Therefore, be it resolved that we, the citizens of Harvey County, Kansas, demand that our elected officials address each and every one of these issues so that only lawful votes are allowed, all ballots are correctly counted, and citizens can know that every step of the process is fair, correct, and honest.
