State Legislators will soon have the opportunity to end Arkansas’ failed ObamaCare experiment – if we take action NOW.
Last year, they forced ObamaCare down the throats of Arkansas citizens.
But we CAN get rid of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in 2015.
During this year’s General Assembly, a 3/4 supermajority is needed in both the House and the Senate for the disastrous program to continue.
That means we only need 9 Senators and 26 Representatives voting no and WE WIN!
But even though many of Arkansas’ new legislators and Governor Asa Hutchinson claimed to oppose ObamaCare during election season, they’re now using buzzwords like “review” in reference to the renewal of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion.
Arkansas citizens don’t need a “review” of ObamaCare – we need to defeat it!
Please sign the petition below and demand that your state legislators remove ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion from the DHS budget and vote NO on any proposal that continues ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in Arkansas.

Whereas: The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people"; and
Whereas: The Tenth Amendment assures that we, the people of the United States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have and have always had rights the federal government may not usurp; and
Whereas: The General Assembly of Arkansas passed Senate Bill 111 to bring the health insurance provisions of ObamaCare and the “Private Option” to the Arkansas Insurance Code, in compliance with the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“PPACA”); and
Whereas: A 3/4 supermajority in the Arkansas House and Senate will have to vote in favor of ObamaCare expansion for the program to continue; and
Whereas: New Arkansas legislators and Governor Asa Hutchinson are now calling for a “review” of the renewal of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion.
Therefore, be it resolved that we, the citizens of the great state of Arkansas demand that our State Representatives and State Senators vote NO on any proposal that continues ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in Arkansas; and
Be it further resolved that we demand the removal of ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion funding from the DHS budget; and
Be it further resolved that we demand Governor Hutchinson actively oppose and veto any legislation that continues ObamaCare’s Medicaid expansion in Arkansas.
