The EPA has become the leviathan that strangles industry and agriculture. Even though North Dakota is one of the cleanest, greenest states, we are one of the hardest hit by EPA regulations and oversight. It's time for North Dakota to join with other states to fight this encroachment on state's rights.

Dear Senator/Representative:
The EPA has become the leviathan that strangles industry and agriculture. Even though North Dakota is one of the cleanest, greenest states, we are one of the hardest hit by EPA regulations and oversight. I urge you to pass a resolution to set aside funds for North Dakota to join with other states in a lawsuit to curtail and limit the powers of the EPA.
