Campaign for Liberty gave candidates for State Legislature an opportunity to provide a straight answer to the following questions. The candidates’ answers can be seen below the list of questions.
Survey Questions
1. Will you support legislation to nullify or block implementation of ObamaCare, including but not limited to forbidding creation of a state run so-called “Insurance Exchange,” repealing the “Section 1115 waiver” expansion of Medicaid
2. Will you support legislation to remove the state and local government’s power to use eminent domain to confiscate citizen’s private property to transfer it to another private party for economic development purposes?
3. Will you support legislation to forbid further cooperation with a national ID card system and vote to block all state funding for and cooperation with any national ID scheme including the Real ID and Pass ID programs?
4. Will you support legislation to ban the use of unmanned law enforcement devices that are used to automatically penalize citizens?
5. Will you support legislation to require the courts to inform juries of the principle of Jury Nullification?
6. Will you support legislation to end the use of “no knock” warrants by providing penalties for judges that issue such warrants in violation of state law?
7. Will you support legislation to end warrantless drone surveillance?
