Dear Supporter,
Campaign for Liberty gave candidates for State Legislature an opportunity to provide a straight answer to the following questions. The candidates’ answers can be seen below the list of questions.
Survey Questions
1. Will you oppose all tax and fee increases and instead work to cut spending and taxes?
2. Will you oppose all efforts to apply to the U.S. Congress for an Article V Convention and support legislation to rescind any existing applications?
3. Will you support legislation recognizing precious metals as legal tender and as such, exempt precious metals from all state taxation?
4. Will you support legislation to end the use of “no knock” warrants for non-violent crimes?
5. Will you support a ban on ballot drop boxes, a requirement for all mail-in ballots to be received by 7 p.m. on the day of the election, and a requirement for all votes to be recorded on paper ballots which must be counted at each precinct and are the final say in elections in Kansas?
6. Will you support legislation that would ban forced vaccination and vaccine passports and furthermore, bind down the local and state health care bureaucracy to an advisory only position?
7. Will you support legislation that requires a Congressional Declaration of War before the Kansas National Guard can be deployed into combat?
