Johnson School of Public Affairs, University of Texas, Austin. He served as an economist with the US House of Representatives Financial Services Committee for 11 years. He assisted Chairman Henry Royce in the 70s and 80s, and Chairman Henry Gonzalez in the 90s with oversight of the Federal Reserve, spanning 4 Chairmen - Burns, Miller, Volcker, and Greenspan. He is the author of "Deception and Abuse at the Fed".
