Economics is everything. Healthcare, Foreign Policy, Monetary Policy... Everything. If a government follows the Keynesian economic model instead of the free market, with prices determined by the people participating in supply and demand, then the Keynesian economic government will eventually fall. In the United States of America, we have an instruction manual to prevent our ruin. We have a blueprint to ensure we do not fall into the many traps our forefathers endured. The Constitution needs to be followed. Every man and woman who took an oath to uphold and protect this document needs to take that oath seriously. If they do not, (and they haven't) then we must certainly be heading down a different path which was not intended by our founders. If we, as a Nation do not abide by the rule of law, and every law written as "intended" in our founding documents, then we are not the United States intended.
Everything does not have to be agreed on, but everyone must follow the rules written. If everyone followed the Constitution and the rule of law within, then my opinion would become fact. It wouldn't matter if you were a Democrat or Republican, Independent or Libertarian. Everyone must agree with the oath and the Constitution in which that oath was taken to protect. Everyone should be fundamentally tied to the basic rules of our Republic. Much less rooting for your favorite team and more time looking over governments shoulder, making sure they follow the rules, the law. That’s the point of the Constitution, to restrict government to few decisions... Let the people do the rest.
