Just another temper tantrum from the faux POTUS Obama/Soetoro where he is making disparaging remarks again regarding the Supreme Court. Everybody realizes the separation of powers contained in the Constitution. Maybe someone needs to tell Obama about checks and balances and it is the job of the Supreme Court to decide constitutionality of proposed laws. That is why they exist. Of course it would be closer to the Foundering Fathers real intent for the States of the union to run their own affairs and get the tyrannical Federal Govt. off their backs. Then there would be no more stupid unconstitutional bills like Obamacare getting passed to begin with.
