Dear Rand Paul:
Normally, a petition has the text of a petition up front.
The Sign the Petition Page asks you to sign, but does not place the actual text (of either petition or ACT) before you sign.
The problem with the text on the page is that it starts with stating it is a DEFENCE OF PROPERTY "PETITION":;
THEN below it calls it a DEFENCE OF THE "ENVIRONMENT" and PROPERTY "ACT"
So WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?
If your going to have us sign a petition to protect our property from Environmental laws, Why are you adding the "Defense of the Environment" without explaining the limitations or removal of the EPA?
I want to know where I can read the Act before I sign a vague petition...I will not sign anything that has environment protection befor private property protect, or grants any federal powers to enforce environmental protections. How about the Private Property Protection and Removal of EPA Act?

I look forward to seeing a link to the Act's wording.
After Clinton's, Bush's and Obama's continued "War on the West" we are very sensitive to "wording".
Keep up the good work.
