The latest toys coming from the sugar daddy feds are MRAP armored tank style vehicles. These 36,000 pound war machines with machine gun turrets are being increasingly used on the civilian population for non violent offenses. The feds give these for "free" to police departments that ask for them with the understanding that the feds can use them anytime they want. That's right, our police departments are maintaining a ready federal armored tank division for whatever the feds decide they want to use them for.
