The great communicator Ron Reagan was also the great deregulator because it was the neocons in his admin that opened the floodgates sending jobs and industry offshore to Asia, and all points of the compass. Since then both political parties have done their fair share furthering the destruction of US capital by approving NAFTA and the other trade agreements that led to more outsourcing and offshoring of jobs and industry from the USA.
Tariffs would reverse the decline but the intent of Congress is to reduce America to a third world cess pool of unemployment, poverty and dependency on Govt. while the great pretenders in Washington DC do nothing to address the decline.
Obama the great betrayer thinks he can legalize illegal immigration without Congress. Just like he can start foreign wars without a vote of Congress. Unless he is impeached he'll just keep trying to get away with more outrageous acts of Executive Branch tyranny. He got away with not being constitutionally qualified to be POTUS, now the sky's the limit.
