A week before Rand Paul's filibuster of senate action forced a midnight vote on his amendment to restrict "foreign aid" to Libya, Pakistan, and Egypt, he addressed attendees at the 2012 Liberty Political Action Conference.
"You shouldn't have to bribe or pay for your friends," said Senator Paul.
The Senator also went on to discuss efforts to force a vote on Audit the Fed, why the liberty movement is winning the battle in the minds of the people, and about his new book Government Bullies.
